Hi Babe,
Woke up with more sore muscles than I've had all week, despite the fact yesterday was probably the easiest day I've had in a week. Don't know what's up with that, but at one point when I was feeding the horses, I had a back spasm so bad it just about put me to the ground. I did a few stretches, which may have helped a little, and took three ibuprofen, so eventually I felt better, but I determined the best solution was to stay mostly in a comfy chair and let it rest, which I mostly did until about 1:30, at which point I went to the clubhouse where they were having lunch, met a couple of the FEI officials, and spent the rest of the afternoon driving around with them putting up mileage signs. We got back after 6:30 where they were having a dinner (though it started so late it was after the ride meeting), and it was dark by the time I got back to feed the horses and settled down for the night. Things are mostly going smoothly, just a few ruffled feathers here and there, but nothing too unexpected. Should be a very interesting weekend! Nice to have Chelle from Florida across from me and helping out with out end of the ride. Won't be long out of shower and bed! Good night, darlin'! Love you!
