Woke up before my alarm and got busy, finished packing, hooked up and headed out, with one stop at the RV dump. Managed to get out around 9:30, had an uneventful trip to Joyce's near Indianapolis, except for rubbing up again a big rock she has at the end of her driveway. Oops! Just a scratch, hardly noticeable with all the other scratches this poor trailer has acquired over the years! Got the trailer settled in and the horses are sharing a pasture with an old black horse and a couple of donkeys, but they all seem to be getting along just fine. I didn't have enough 50 amp cord to reach, so I used the 30 amp adapter, only to discover there was no power coming out of the 30 amp outlet. Joyce's brother Bill came by and checked the circuits, and the 50 amp works, but my 50 amp extension cord has a burnt out end, so I had to order a new end, which should be coming tomorrow. Was thrilled when FedEx arrived with Lola's new harness, it wasn't due for another day or three, so I was able to put that on her. When we first got out of the truck, I got help from one of the boarders here, and she did a nice little walk and pee. After I put her harness on, we walked again with that, and Lola seems to really be gaining some confidence now. In fact, just now, she was scratching at the door, so I put her harness on again and we took and walk and she finally POOPED! Yay! And not just one pile, but half a dozen. She really IS gaining confidence! So happy! I'm still getting her evaluated tomorrow, though, to learn what else I can do to help her, but I think I can cancel the Wednesday appointment, it seems it will be surplus to requirement. Anyway, had a pleasant evening, even though we had some rain (which was most definitely NOT in the forecast!), and won't be long out of bed! Good night, babe! Love you!
