Ran out to do some errands in the afternoon, then went looking for a restaurant to have a nice birthday dinner. We discovered an Indian Restaurant right next to the Jupiter Theatre, but arrived just as they were closing for the afternoon. Then we found a Thai restaurant, but arrived just as they were closing for the afternoon. Then we found a Chinese restaurant, but decided we weren’t in the mood, and didn’t really want to spoil our diet by eating out anyway (we’ve both lost over 16 pounds since the first of the year), so we decided on one indulgence just to consider it a special day, so we went into the Palm Beach Ice Cream Shop and split a two-scoop bowl of sugar-free chocolate ice cream, which went down just perfectly on this quite warm day. We then headed home for our regular diet dinner of soup, and settled down for the evening.
