Hey Darlin',
Was up a bit earlier for my Home Health PT, and even before that, Chelle and Eric came by to pick up hay while I was still in bed. I had woken up in some pain around 4:30 and took an oxy, which turned out to be the last oxy I took all day, though I might take one when I get to bed if my leg hurts. My new PT therapist, Troy, arrived a little after 8:00, and we went through some additional exercises he wanted me to do, though in the book, they seemed to be in the hip chapter rather than the knee chapter, which I'm going to ask him about tomorrow. It was a pretty tame session compared to what I did four years ago, and I may opt to go to the place in Dunellon because they have all the equipment, but it is kind of convenient to have them come to me. I walked around four or five times again today, plus did all the exercises a second time in the afternoon. It's all feeling pretty good! The only excitement today was a camper from NY (near Ithaca), who has overstayed his limit, but I'm not worried (we're otherwise empty), was set to leave today, but his bus wouldn't start. I used my BeatIt to get him going, and we thought that was it, but then he accidentally turned it off and couldn't restart it, and it wouldn't start with either my jumper or my truck, so we ended up putting my battery charger on it, and they're spending another night while it charges. I'm pretty sure the batteries are bad, he said they were five or six years old, and that he had bought them used just to get down here. I'd say he needs a couple of new batteries! Anyway, the rest of the day was my usual icing, red lighting, resting, elevating kind of day! Not much else to tell you! Good night, babe! Love you!
